Road Traffic Law

ABM Solicitors have been representing individuals and businesses on Road Traffic Law for over 10 years with an exceptional success rate. As the Government and the Court seem to increasingly target motorists, instructing ABM Solicitors is the best way to ensure that you have effective representation.

We deal with all types of road traffic offences from simple speeding matters right through to death by dangerous driving.

In most road traffic cases legal aid is not available and so we operate either a fixed fee scheme where we can agree fees with you in advance so you know exactly where you stand or we can agree payment for work on an hourly basis, with payment by standing order.

We recognise that most people facing road traffic prosecution are not used to the Courts, the Police and legal systems and so we ensure that at each and every stage from police interview to Trial you are fully represented and you are guided in a jargon free way through the legal maze.

We will happily carryout with you an initial case assessment free of charge so that we can honestly appraise your case and let you know where you stand.

Often we can explode the myths that surround road traffic cases. Contact us now for essential advice.
