NB: All fees set out our charges plus VAT. This does not include any disbursements that may have to be incurred including professional reports, reports from doctors and psychiatrists and other experts, costs of interpretation and translation or obtaining of documentation or Home Office fees.
Kindly note that we can arrange for payment of fees by instalments through Standing Order. All fees must be paid in full before the case is concluded. Should payments not be made on time or in full then we reserve the right to cease to represent the client. Payment of fees will be subject to money laundering checks in line with Law Society guidance.
