Will I Always See The Same Person?
We always try hard to ensure that you always see the same person to avoid explaining matters to us on a number of occasions. This also enables you to build up a relationship with your advisor. However, from time to time it maybe necessary for your advisor to work in a team with others to ensure the best mix of quality representation, or refer matters to other experts in the team. Also there can be difficulties where staff are unavailable due to sickness or holiday. We will always ensure that there is cover so that you can continue to receive the best service. However, even when there is a change of fee earner we will ensure that those dealing with your case are fully appraised of every detail and are able to deal with all matters.
Will I Be Muddled With Jargon?
No, all our staff are specially trained to cut out jargon and explain and advise in clear and precise language. If you are ever unsure or need clarification then please ask. Sometimes there are special legal phrases used by Estate Agents, the Courts, Police and others we are happy to explain these terms to you. Don’t be afraid to ask.
Will You Charge Me For Just Making An Enquiry?
