Often Legal Aid is available for representation in criminal cases and we will advise you upon this and help you make an appropriate application. However, Legal Aid is subject to means testing and some offences do not attract Legal Aid while other work that you may wish to have us undertake will not be covered by Legal Aid. In these cases we may either agree with you a set fee quote for a particular case, for a specific piece of work, or the full case from first instruction to Trial. Alternatively you may wish to engage us on a set hourly rate. Full details of fees and services provided can be obtained upon request.
